Get a hold of yourself!

I maintain that the term "letting yourself go" runs deeper than just the looks department, although that is an important asset in visual psychological manipulation. When in grade school, there is a momentum created that should be maintained, lest one see energy levels decrease, metabolism slow down, and it shows, both on a mental and physical scale. Ergo, it behooves the lover of life and immortality to preserve and even enhance higher states of being through intellectual as well as physical exercise {weight training recommended}, even sexercise {dynamic tension / cardiovascular}.

For instance, I weight train five times a week from 1-1 1/2 hours, complete body treatment, 'supersetting', and Am between two books, while also operating projects {the breath-in [input] / breath-out [output] scenario is not just for working out} - exercising the imagination as well as the analytical cerebrum.

Aesthetics are not just for accoutrement, environment, etc. either, but run skin deep. One need not be a slob of the physique when the clothing comes off, but will actually accentuate The Command To Look.

An essentially even keel to preserve optimum performance in every tier of The Infernal Alignment, one stage complementing the other, ever growing, ever regenerating, ever empowering.

AVE SATANAS! ∞
