The 13th Hour CD release party June 4th at the Phantasy Concert Club in Cleveland, OH

On June 4th, Midnight Syndicate, in cooperation with Screamline Studios, will host the official CD release / listening party for The 13thHour.   Doors open at 7:30pm with door prizes and other limited-edition giveaways scheduled throughout the evening.   Come in costume and join professional haunted attraction actors from across the state of Ohio as they create a ghostly Halloween in June experience.  The 13th Hour will be played throughout the night along with rare films from the original Midnight Syndicate live shows of 1998.  Midnight Syndicate’s Edward Douglas and Gavin Goszka will be on hand to meet and greet guests.   At 9pm, Psychic Sonya will present an exclusive Cleveland’s Most Haunted Places multimedia presentation set to the music of Midnight Syndicate.  Live music will commence afterwards with Pittsburgh’s ghost-rock act, Lazy Lane (Lily Lane from Lazy Lane appears prominently as a guest vocalist on The 13th Hour).  Also playing are two pillars of the Cleveland goth-industrial scene - Filament 38 and State of Being.  Admission is $7 for this all ages show and includes free admission to The Chamber for guests over 21.  The Phantasy Concert Club is located at 11802 Detroit Ave. in Lakewood, Ohio (216-228-6300).

Partnership with Call of Cthulhu publisher Chaosium Games

A partnership has been announced between Midnight Syndicate and Chaosium Games (creators of the game, Call of Cthulhu) for The 13th Hour.  "The 13th Hour is perfect for Call of Cthulhu," said Chaosium Games' Dustin Wright, "I've been listening to the album constantly since it's arrival." Midnight Syndicate has been looking forward to working with Chaosium for a while. When they developed the theme for The 13th Hour they knew that it would lend itself perfectly to Call of Cthulhu.  The disc is designed around exploring the sinister side of the supernatural, mysteries of the dark and the unknown, while creating a sense of paranoia - all core elements to the Call of Cthulhu experience that make this legendary RPG so exciting and effective.  Check out the Chaosium Games and Midnight Syndicate sites for more special updates.

It's no surprise that we're very excited about this new disc.  Atmospherically and musically, The 13th Hour is definitely our favorite disc to date.  We can't wait to share it with our fans.  As always, we look forward to hearing from you and sincerely appreciate your support.

Darkest wishes,
Midnight Syndicate
