Rev. Warlock DRACONIS BLACKTHORNE (dblackthorne) wrote,

War Dogs

"War Dogs" is about a couple of traitorous entrepreneurs profiting off of war and selling defective ammunition made in China to the US Military, until eventually apprehended by the FBI; may be just as bad if not worse than spies, and some are probably both. They form a company selling weapons to whatever country will purchase, fabricating documentation for a veneer of legitimacy and competence. Their downfall occurs when they turn on each other, which serves them ironically right for veritably turning on America and endangering troops.

Of course, entrepreneurship is encouraged and a pioneering spirit, but these two filthy backstabbers bite the hand that protects them, and should have been left to those pursuing assassins in the desert. Yet still were dealt a far too compassionate sentence. Lex Talionis applies here. Gabriele D'Annunzio they are not. ∞
